Altosur wines show bright colours, intense and fresh aromas and fruity, yet complex flavours. The wines are estate-grown and bottled at 1200m asl at the foot of the Andes mountains within the majestic Tupungato. The name Altosur itself means "high in the south" inreference to the elevation of its terroir at the southern part of the world.
Violet red in colour with sparkles of fuschia, this bottle presents intense aromatics of fresh plums, strawberries and mint, with just a hint of spices to go alongside. There's a mineral element to the palate as well as a fresh acidity, which creates an overall sense of balance and persistence.
Pair with beef, lamb or pork dishes.
