This classic blend of all five famous Bordeaux varieties is named after one of Bellevue's beautiful Arabian mares, embodying power and purity, elegance and endurance. A wine whose whole is truly greater than the sum of its parts.

This blend comprises Bordeaux cultivars from trellised vineyards planted in diverse soil types. Drip irrigation supports the Malbec and Petit Verdot blocks, while the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc blocks thrive as dryland vineyards.

After the grapes were cold-soaked for four days, each variety was inoculated and fermented separately with daily pump-overs. After completing malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels (60% new) the wines were racked into tank and blended, then racked back into the same, cleaned, barrels for 22 months.

A classic Bordeaux nose of blackcurrant, tobacco leaf, and cigar box. On the palate, ripe dark berry fruit balanced by fine-grained tannins. Silky-smooth with a lingering finish, perfect for classic fine dining or cellaring for several years.
