Description
Fruit for "Villa de Corullon" comes from organically farmed vineyards rooted in slate soils.Juice is fermented spontaneously in wooden vats, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels.
The final wine is earthy and dark-fruited, marked by soil-driven notes of ripe wild berries, black cherry, crushed rocks, and baking spice.
