A brilliant pale gold color. Nose of white flowers, hawthorn, acacia, citrus fruits with hints of almonds and a very discreet oakiness. The palate is powerful and rounded and develops, in addition to the aromas already present on the nose, a beautiful limestone minerality. This Pouilly Fuisse – Terres du Menhir Blanc from Domaine Gilles Morat is very representative of its terroir in southern Burgundy with a fresh and fine Chardonnay with just the right amount of fat to make it irresistible at the table or as an aperitif!
