This captivating Rosé combines precisely ripened Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, pressed with exceptional care and patience until the wine blushes pink. With a stylish blend of our reserve wines, up to 23 wines reserve wines make the blend. Exton Park’s Rosé is a fragrant and enticing example of our innovative house style. The blend is based on 70 % Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier with a minimum of 3 years on the lees and a dosage of 9 G/L.

English rose in colour with a seductive strawberry liquorice nose, this wine reveals rich fruit characters in the mouth. Notes of white peach and rose petal develop into the rich plum flavours of the Pinot Noir grapes.

Corinne Seely, head winemaker (her experience was gained, at 24 years old with Domaine Chevalier and a further stint at Chateau Lynch-Bages) says " The possibility exists for Exton Park Vineyard to become one of the best ambassadors for English Sparking Wines in the world. Exton Park has chosen a different course that’s definitely not vintage and not quite non-vintage, with an approach that puts ‘reserve wines’ front and centre, with the newest cuvées playing a supporting role.
