Bouncy, flirty white that bursts with fine passionfruit and crushed basil aromas.
The vibrant, tingly palate boasts intense guava, green pepper and grass flavours.
Mouthwateringly gorgeous. Pair with scallop and peach ceviche or vegetable pakoras and coconut dal.
The grapes were picked in the cool of early morning and immediately refrigerated, before a very gentle pressing with virtually no exposure to oxygen, the aim being to preserve Sauvignon's trademark fruitiness
