A delicious orange wine whose grapes are fermented and marcerated with their skins to add subtle tannins, citrus flavours and a characteristic ginger colour. Razor-sharp freshness combined with a little extra grip from the tannins means that this wine packs a punch like a pair of nun chucks!
Clean and bright with amber yellow tones and salmon shades. Fresh acid fruit aromas and citric notes and pink grapefruit. Light and smooth on the palate, simultaneously balancing tannins with cidity. Rich, full-bodied, fresh and bearing citric, vegetal acidity which comes from contact with grape skins.
Excellent with pasta, rice, fish and white meats.
