There’s also a foundation of mineral earth accentuated by lees, acidity and an abundance of fine tannins. Excellent mouthfeel, ripeness and pinosity, a persistent flavours profile of dark cherry and plum, there’s a lees and nut oak seam adding complexity and depth, all leading to a dry and textured finish.
