Fine, spicy aromas of black fruits and red fruits, leather and spices such as white pepper, dried herb and liquorice.
Palate
Silky palate, with smooth, but powerufl tannin. The wine shows an excellent length. The wine will age well and become more refined over time.
Food Matching
Serve at 16- 17°C with duck fillet.
Gigondas produces wines that are rich in Grenache-based blends. This is a stunning wine with aromas of red fruits and very ripe black fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a fleshy attack, great stucture and good aging potential
