This loght-bodied pinot noir has matured for up to eight months in three-wines old oak barrells;allowing for a complex aromatic range of red cherres and strawberry notes, with good non-overwhelming acidity, suppleness, and an attractive bitterness.
On the palate, the wine also develops aromas of dark cherry with notes of cinnamon.
