The vines are planted in goblet and vertically trellised systems in stony limestone soils in vineyards situated in La Font de La Figuera in the interior of the province of Valencia.
Thanks to the dry climate and low rainfall we practice sustainable and ecological winegrowing as has always been practiced traditionally in the area.

Aged for 9 months in American and French oak barrels.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES

ASPECT: Intense red with violet flecks.

NOSE: Intense aroma of red fruits with toasted and spicy notes, with an undertone of mediterranean mountain plants.

MOUTH: Full, fleshy, enveloping, and intense.

Pairs perfectly with traditional meat stews, soups, and pasta dishes
