This particularly excellent Citra IPA from Magic Rock Brewing in Huddersfield combines hops bittered with Magnum in its trusty kettle and Citra T90, bittered in the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. Fantasma ranks at a punchy 6.5% ABV and is fermented using Magic Rock’s house American ale yeast (WLP001), and a range of malts, namely, Cara-Munich, Golden Promise and Wheat.
