San Giovanni Perini Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry Millesimato is a sparkling wine from Veneto, Italy, crafted in the heart of the Treviso DOC zone.
The term Millesimato indicates that it is made from grapes harvested in a single vintage, ensuring a wine that reflects the character of that year’s growing season.

This Prosecco is produced from Glera grapes, the traditional variety of the region.
It undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, which preserves freshness and fruit purity while creating the fine, lively bubbles that define Prosecco.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights.
Aromas are delicate and inviting, with notes of pear, apple, citrus, and white flowers, complemented by a subtle hint of bread crust from the secondary fermentation.
