Santa Helena Varietal, a range of balanced, young wines which are remarkably expressive with fresh fruit notes. Palatable, easy-to-drink and with a great variety of both white and red varieties.Santa Helena Varietal Cabernet Sauvignon, is a ruby red color wine with purple hints. With red fruits aromas such as raspberry, and black fruits such as blueberry and plum. Perfectly blended with soft notes of vanilla and chocolate. Fresh in palate, with good acidity, improving the fruit taste. Soft tannins and a very pleasant and round finish. Ideal to drink with red meats, lamb, duck, game birds and cheeses. Serve at 15-17°C.
