Sauvignon blanc of a clear, pale yellow colour and greenish hues. An intense wine with characteristic varietal notes of tropical fruit like grapefruit, pineapple and mango, along with soft herbal aromas.
Grapes from Central Valley vineyards that are nearest to the Andes Mountains, where low temperatures during the ripening period enable the crafting of a very aromatic wines with tropical character.
Perfect with vegetable dishes, seafood, pasta and curry dishes. Also pairs with a wide variety of sauces, including spicy, tomato, and olive oil-based sauces.
