A wholly unique style within Irish Whiskey pushing the boundaries of convention, at the intersect of where old meets new.Crafted using an unconventional mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further four years in ex-Bordeaux Red Wine Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% with no chill filtration ensures all the true character of the whiskey is retained.
