Tenuta Ulisse, a modern expression of a centuries-old tradition of passion and dedication to the land, is one of Abruzzo's premier winemaking estate. It has aggressively dived into the enormous potential of Abruzzo's unique terroir and ancient varieties by placing a contemporary spin on indigenous grapes such as Montepulciano D'Abruzzo.

Crushed dark berries, black cherries and baked earth characterise the nose while on the palate there is an abundance of rich dark fruit flavours complemented by a full body and soft, smooth tannins. The vibrancy and freshness of this wine makes it an ideal wine to drink alongside cheeses and Italian charcuterie as well as heartier dishes like fresh pasta served with a rich tomato-based sauce.
