This Touraine sparkling wine is a Methode Traditionnelle made from Chardonnay and Arbois. The aging in a cellar of tufa (a variety of limestone formed when carbonate minerals precipitate out of ambient temperature water) brings it all the finesse of a great Loire sparkling wine.12%
