Tommasi Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is a rich and velvety red wine made from carefully selected grapes grown in the Valpolicella region of Italy.
It is made using the traditional appassimento method, where the grapes are dried for several months to achieve a concentrated and intense flavour.
The wine is then aged in oak barrels for at least 3 years, giving it a complex character with aromas of dried fruits, balsamic, vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a smooth and silky texture and a long, lingering finish.
