The wine is clear with medium intensity and almost golden in colour with a concentration of tropical and green fruits, enhanced by notes of orange blossom and cinnamon on the nose.
The palate is an exuberance of Passion fruit, pear, banana and lychee with sweet spice, predominately from the Gewurztraminer, Finishing sweet with balanced acidity and nuances of vanilla spice.
The Esmeralda should be consumed young and would be best served as an aperitif or with avocado and shellfish.
