Cherry-ruby color. Good intensity on the nose, Dominated by the notes of the tertiaries of the aging, with a predominance of memories of the American oak. Coconuts, vanillas and spices reminiscent of white pepper. The fruit appears elegantly and clearly in the form of red fruit, cherry, ripe accompanied by lactic memories, complexity and balance with notes of musk, incense, and scrubland, thyme, dill, orange peel.
On the palate the wine is balanced and complex, the nuances detected on the nose are confirmed, warm nuances of black currant on the palate, spicy notes of incense and musk, combined with the black fruit. Touch of aromatic herbs predominating fennel, thyme and dill, good structure and persistence, refreshing acidity. Very nice, pleasing and easy to enjoy.
