The unique terroir of Marlborough produces vivid and elegant Pinot Noir which typically displays rich vibrant fruits such as cherry, plums and boysenberry, with gentle lavender and underlying floral tones. These captivating characteristics are layered with stony minerality and seductive spices of clove, anise, and dark chocolate. The supple tannins of Pinot Noir harmonise with fresh acidity on the palate to create a long and seamless finish.

Pinot Noir pairs fantastically with a diverse range of savoury and sweet dishes. The wine complements rich game such as pan seared duck, a roasted rack of lamb or lightly seasoned eye-fillet steak.Other dishes include slowly roasted pork shoulder, creamy mushroom risotto or Pinot Noir poached pears and mascarpone.
