This wine we run in a lot of restaurants by glass, even in Tokyo in famous tempura restaurants. An enticing, pretty nose of apple, peach, citrus fruit, pepper and mineral notes. Brilliant and zippy acidity with fresh, long citrus fruit notes. Spice and mineral on the close. Quite lovely.
