A big bold beast. Doug Collett A.M who bought the vineyard in 1973 flew Spitfires in WW2 over the vineyards of Europe, his flying helmet is depicted on the label.

A great example of McLaren Vale Shiraz. Plums, spice and a typical chocolate notes. Vanillan oak. 14.5%abv

Perfect alongside beef and venison.
