Description
Diez Siglos Rueda Verdejo is a complex, vibrant wine from one of Rueda’s most modern and progressive producers.Diez Siglos Rueda Verdejo has intense aromas of stone fruit, tangerine oil and citrus and a rounded and complex palate, with peach and apricot fruit and notes of grass and fennel.
It is mouthfilling, bright and pure with a long finish.
The excellent quality Verdejo grapes are sourced from re-grafted old bush vines, planted on gravel soils.
The grapes are picked at night to ensure they are cool when they reach the winery and fermented for 22 days at 14 ºC, then kept on fine lees for four months before bottling.
