Prosecco Ilauri is produced exclusively with Glera grapes and fermented twice in stainless steel vats to preserve its fruitiness and floral characteristics.

It is enjoyed with a wide range of different dishes, and goes beautifully with lightly grilled vegetables, smoked salmon or Asian delights such as spring rolls, steamed ravioli and chow mein.

Hand harvested, the first fermentation takes place with a first maceration of the skins. A second fermentation is carried out at low temperature in small stainless steel vats.

Straw-lemon color with fine bubbles. A beautiful nose with fragrant aromas of ripe fruits with hints of apple, pear and apricot. In the mouth, a fresh and fruity flavor with a pleasant acidity and a very lively finish.
