Discover the elegance of Colomba Bianca 'Lavi', a distinguished expression of Sicily's native Nerello Mascalese grape. Crafted by Colomba Bianca, the island's pioneering organic wine producer and largest grower cooperative, this wine embodies a true sense of place and tradition. Grown sustainably in the chalky, porous soils between the hills of Vita and Salemi, the vines thrive at an altitude of 330 metres above sea level, benefiting from the ideal Mediterranean climate and respect for environmental biodiversity. Each grape is hand-harvested at peak ripeness, with every stage of vinification carefully managed to capture the pure, aromatic character of the variety without the influence of oak. 'Lavi' is a tribute to the rich viticultural heritage of Vita, celebrating its long-standing connection with winemaking.
