The Tawny Ports from Quinta das Carvalhas are the result of a lifetime of expertise in the art of blending, following the estate's unique philosophy and that of Pedro Silva Reis (Master Blender): age with approachability, always in harmony and balance.The Quinta das Carvalhas 40 Year Old Tawny Port originates from selected plots of old vines at the estate, planted under the "Vinhas Mistas" (mixed vineyard) concept. This Port is crafted from a blend of wines from different vintages, rigorously selected and aged in premium oak casks, with an average age of 40 years.
A very old, refined, and smooth Port, with immense complexity that we define as "aged to perfection."
