Founded in 1871, production began at this incredible estate in the Langhe region. Gavi (Cortese grape) is just one of many superb grape varieties in which Sansilvestro produce around the world.
100% Cortese grape, with what we believe the perfect ABV of 12.5% for a white wine. This crisp white wine shows incredible mineral, zesty citrus and floral notes, with a hint of spice and characteristics hints of bitter almond. Prominent mineral characters linger on the long and precise mouth watering finish.
Perfectly paired along side lean fish, pasta, starters and shellfish.
