Description
On the nose Causse Rouge develops a lovely bouquet of red and black fruits. This wine is full and aromatic on the palate, and the delicate spicy notes bring additional charm. The structure is well balanced on silky tannins. The finish combines fruit intensity and freshness.Causse Rouge is an everyday pleasurable red wine from F. Thienpont. Made up of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc from clay and limestone soils in Bordeaux. It was matured for 8 months in tank on fine lees.
