Description
Aromas of blueberry, red cherry and blackberry. The palate has a rich fruit character of blueberry, red cherry & blackberry, lovely sweetness of the ripe fruits balanced by the soft, smooth tannins lovely. Dry, medium bodied. One to share - Or maybe not!Fruit harvested from selected vineyards across the Western Cape. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel open top fermenters with twice daily punching down for maximum extraction of colour and tannins. Wine is matured in old French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.
Food Pairing: Great paired with roast lamb or a deep mushroom ragu.
